Beef empanadas

In a hot pot, add oil and start by frying the onions and peppers

After 2 minutes you can add in the beef mince and season with Poppamies SPG RUB, paprika powder and oregano

Cook for 10-12 minutes and add in the tomato puree and Poppamies Aged Jalapeno Hot Sauce

Set aside and let it cool down

When ready, cut out circles from the puff pastry and place 1 tbsp of the stuffing in each

Place a cube of cheddar in and fold into a half moon

Press with a fork to seal the empanadas and do an eggwash

Cook for 20 minutes, in a hot oven, set to 180C
