INGREDIENTS

3 taco shells / tortilla bread

Stuffing:

1 tbsp of vegetable oil
100 gr of pork mince
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Jalapenos
Mashed avocado
Poppamies Roasted Garlic mayonnaise or Poppamies BBQ mayonnaise

Cook the mince in a hot pan, with vegetable oil, and season with salt and pepper – this should take about 6-7 minutes

Assemble the tacos and enjoy with Poppamies mayo
